Since a few days, a new equipment is being assembled at EREA workshop.
This equipment will be installed in a class C production room.
It will provide the protection of the area and the exposed products by a vertical sweep of ultra-clean air (HEPA H14 filtration), and by a “piston effect” pressing particles to the floor.
The FFU is made of a ventilation unit integrated into a supply unit fitted with standard HEPA H14 filters. On that custom-made equipment, it will be possible to adjust the blowing speed and to modify it if necessary.
PETG panels will frame the working area to allow vertical air guidance.
That flow will be controlled by automation with a tactile HMI.
