On behalf of one of our customers, EREA PHARMA teams have completed the installation and commissioning of an isolator for OEB4 to OEB6 toxic products. This isolator was 100% made by our EREA PHARMA teams: design, sizing, cutting, assembly, welding, finishing, assembly, automation, commissioning.
All the different departments of our great company intervened in the realization of this beautiful project.
After the installation work, we carried out all the operating tests, the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and we trained the operators for the use of that isolator.
This project was done in 8 months from the business start phase to the finalization at the customer’s plant.
