The Team spirit at EREA is not limited to work. It thrives on moments of togetherness and sharing, that’s the reason why, this year, we launched our first-ever Secret Santa giving! A moment of joy, surprises, and kindness among collaborators to mark the end of the year in an original and festive way.
In mid-December, all employees wore their most festive Christmas sweaters to bring a dose of good cheer and friendliness at the office. Whether it was a jumper with a reindeer, Christmas trees, or even snowflakes, the colors and smiles were in full force!
We know that a healthy, collaborative, and joyful work environment is essential for moving forward together. These moments are a wonderful way to close out the year with a touch of humor and human warmth.
