That’s why EREA PHARMA teams work regularly on filling tests for aseptic distribution lines under isolators, which require the installation of a peristaltic pump.
Camille Bonnard & Sébastien Goebel, as a team, carried out a filling test on a Flexicon Liquid Filling‘s pump, for a filling isolator, on behalf of one of our very good customers.
First of all , we calibrated the machine and made various adjustments ; then, we made 100 doses, checking the weight of the volume with a weight scale after each dose. Once all the values have been obtained, we were able to demonstrate the accuracy, the repeatability and calculate the capability to demonstrate the feasibility and the relevance of the offered solution.
