Last week, we received one of our customers in our EREA PHARMA workshop!
A validation from the customer is essential for the fabrication of a syringe filling line (PFS) into an isolator, since the equipment will be custom made according to their needs!
We used different elements, wood, stainless steel and 3D printing, to make up the chamber of the isolator. As an example of that, you can see the handling robot on some pictures.
The goal of that was for the operators to validate the different uses they will have of the filing line on real conditions. All the actions to be done of the equipment as a whole, filling line in isolator, have been done in a close to real situation.
The second part of the mock-up for that isolator will come soon, and the fabrication of the first parts of that equipment will begin very shortly.
