New projetct in progress at the assembly ! An isolator for sterile application is currently being assembled at the EREA workshop.
This isolator is made up of four main components:
– A control box (HMI),
– An entry SAS (single-sided, without gloves),
– A storage chamber for desiccation and tyvek removal,
– A filling and capping chamber.
The equipment will incorporate a bio-decontamination system, robots and glove testers.
Next step: this equipment will be at positive pressure, and our teams will integrate soon a filling and capping machine. That isolator is designed to fill and cap syringes, in compliance with technical specifications.
