Validation of an isolator model in process in our EREA PHARMA workshop !
During these last days, one of our customers has been present in our worshop to validate the installation of one of our latest isolator.
The different elements of the filler have been simulated in wood or stainless steel in order to reproduce all the equipment as closely as possible to reality. The operators who will use this isolator are carrying out manipulation simulations in order to validate the complete ergonomics of the workstations.
This is a very important step for a custom made equipment according to the operational needs of the users.
The next step will be the updating of the digital model, then the beginning of the production of the various elements of the isolator and the filler.
