On behalf of one of our foreign customers, we are producing an OEB5 classified isolator to handle toxic products. There is a loading hatch with a glove in order to carry out the first manipulations, then a room with 4 gloves to carry out the weighings, the mixtures as well as the conditioning prior to the external bagging.
In the chamber we will operate in depression in order to fully protect the operator from the toxicity of the products, in fact in the event of tearing off a glove, for example, nothing will come out of this isolator and the operators will therefore work in perfect safety.
We see through these pictures how taken our teams have worked very hard since the beginning of the assembly of the equipment and now, they continue in order to finish everything very quickly.
