Some weeks ago, EREA received the mock-up of a specific isolator for a sterile-toxic application.
From the moment our customer validated that mock-up, our production teams have been working on the sheet metal parts, the assembly and the fitting of these parts.
The isolator is made of an entrance SAS connected to a lyophilisation room, a main process chamber and an RTP port with a continuoous liner for the exit. That isolator and its main chamber will incorporate a scales. A rail-mounted trolley will be in the entrance SAS for transferring products, as in the exit SAS.
A particular thing with that isolator is that the entrance SAS is connected as well to a weighing booth so as to do the additional weighing,
The FAT with the customer went particulary well.
